To activate, visit the wristband page or stop by the Wristband Activation tent located next to the Box Office before entering the festival.

Fans can securely link their wristband to a credit or debit card to pay with a tap of the wrist at food vendors, bars, and Festival merchandise tents. To sign up for Cashless, visit the wristband page, or activate at the Wristband Registration Tent located just inside of the Main Entrance.

For iPhone users, Apple Pay is the fastest way to pay and get back to the music. It’s also accepted at all locations throughout the park. Download the Official Innings Festival Mobile App for notifications on special discounts and happy hour promotions for Apple Pay customers.

Cashless

  2. What Are the Cashless Benefits?
  3. In Order to Activate My Wristband, Do I Have to Sign Up for Cashless?
  4. I Already Activated My Wristband, But Missed Cashless

  6. Is My Credit Card Information Stored on my Wristband?
  7. Is Cashless Secure?
  8. Can I Link the Same Card to Multiple Wristbands?
  9. Can I Link Multiple Credit or Debit Cards to My Wristband?
  10. Will My Wristband Run Out of Money?
  1. How Does Cashless presented by PayPal Work?

It’s easy! Simply follow these three easy steps:

    1. Activate your festival ticket with the unique ID (located on the inside of your wristband) during which time you can link your credit card to your wristband and set a required PIN for security. Now you’re registered for Cashless too!

    2. Next, order at any bar location and select vendors, and let them know you are paying with your wristband.

    3. Then tap your wristband, add a tip amount, enter your PIN, and then you’re done!

  2. What Are the Cashless Benefits?
    • Save time and easy to use!
    • No need to carry cash or a credit card.
    • Accepted at all bars, food vendors, festival merchandise tents, and other vendors displaying the cashless logo.
    • Click here for information on PayPal Cashless Benefits!
  3. In Order to Activate My Wristband, Do I Have to Sign Up for Cashless?

No. While we certainly think cashless the best payment option, you can activate your wristband without enabling the cashless payment option. Activating your wristband ensures a smooth entry process into the festival.

  4. I Already Activated My Wristband, But Missed Cashless

Don’t stress! Visit a kiosk at the Wristband Activation tent located next to the Box Office to add cashless and set your PIN right there!

You can also visit the Wristband page and add cashless by using the same email address you signed up with to activate your wristband.

For more immediate assistance before the festival, please contact our ticket service provider, Front Gate Tickets, or by calling their friendly support team at 888-512-SHOW Monday – Saturday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. CST.

  5. Are There Any Additional Fees for Using My Cashless Wristband?

Nope! It is free to sign up and free to use!

  6. Is My Credit Card Information Stored on my Wristband?

No. We do not store any financial data on the wristband. The PIN you choose during cashless registration will always be required to make a purchase. But your card number and billing details are not stored on the wristband. So don’t worry about someone snagging your info.

  7. Is Cashless Secure?

Yes! It works in conjunction with your credit card so it carries all the same security features and protection. You will also set a PIN during registration (just like a debit card), so no one else will be able to use your wristband or your cashless account without your PIN.

  8. Can I Link the Same Card to Multiple Wristbands?

Yes. If you wish to allow your card to be linked to multiple wristbands, you certainly can. Each wristband will require a separate PIN. The PIN must be entered when using the wristband to purchase anything participating in the cashless program at the festival.

  9. Can I Link Multiple Credit or Debit Cards to My Wristband?

No. You will only be able to link a single credit or debit card to your wristband.

  10. Will My Wristband Run Out of Money?

Not unless the card you linked it to does. No funds are stored on the wristband. It’s just linked to your credit or debit card. As long as you can still use your card, you will still be able to use your cashless wristband.

  2. ADA Festival Entrance

There is a specially designated lane at the festival entrance for patrons with disabilities. Look for the wheelchair signs above the entrance lanes or ask a staff member to direct you to the lane.

Patrons are allowed to bring their medically necessary materials and medications provided all medicine has a prescription label with the patron’s name and only a sufficient supply for that day. Our medical personnel at the entry gates will verify the contents. Out of concern for the festival staff and volunteers who handle the trash, please dispose of your medical waste and syringes in the proper disposal located at the medical tent (see public map for exact locations). Please do not dispose of these items in other trash bins at the festival.

  3. Accessibility Credentials

When you are purchasing your credentials online, please know that you do not need to purchase specified accessible tickets – all tickets are general admission, unless you choose to purchase GA+, VIP or Platinum.

You can visit the Accessibility Center for information on the ADA wristband program. If you have mobility impairments or are Deaf or Hard of Hearing you can request an Accessibility wristband at the Accessibility Center. This wristband is to show our team that you (plus one companion) are eligible to enter the accessible viewing platform or the Deaf and Hard of Hearing areas. Note: the wristband does not guarantee a spot in these areas. Both areas have a limited capacity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The wristband is non-transferable.

  4. Accessibility Center

The Accessibility Center is located just inside the entrance. It is clearly marked on the festival map.

Our Accessibility Center services include, but are not limited to:

    • Answers to questions specific to the Accessibility Program
    • Information relevant to our patrons with disabilities
    • Power outlets for recharging powered mobility devices
    • Programming information in large print and braille for reference
    • Festival map that identifies all viewing areas for patrons with mobility limitations or patrons who are Deaf / Hard of Hearing (plus one companion). Please note that special accessible viewing areas have limited capacity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  5. Patrons with Mobility Devices

The Festival grounds are wheelchair accessible, but please be aware that this is a large venue with great distances between stages. Also, it is an outdoor music festival situated in a park. Therefore, most travel is over natural terrain with small hills and occasional dips. If it should rain, there will be mud in some places.

We do not provide personal care, golf cart rides, or push service. Please plan ahead and bring attendants, if needed. In addition, the festival does not provide wheelchairs for rent or loan. Please make arrangements in advance if a wheelchair is needed. Wheelchairs, power wheelchairs and three or four-wheeled scooters are allowed for use by Patrons with mobility disabilities. For safety reasons, requests to use other power-driven mobility devices will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Visit the Accessibility Center for a map of the festival grounds with accessible viewing platform locations identified. The accessible viewing platforms are reserved at all times for people with mobility impairments plus one companion. Please note that these areas have limited capacity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Accessible portalets are available at the ends of each row of restrooms throughout the park.

  6. Service Animals

Animals and pets are not allowed within the festival grounds, however, patrons with disabilities are welcome to utilize fully trained service animals at the Festival. Service animal inquiries can be sent to access@inningsfestival.com.

  7. Have Questions About Our ADA Access & Accommodations?

For any questions, please email access@inningsfestival.com.
